Thomas R. Mosier, 78, Columbia City, died at 11:15 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 14, 2022, at Parkview Regional Medical Center, Fort Wayne.

He was born April 24, 1944.

He is survived by his son, David Mosier, Columbia City; daughter, Amy (Amos) Bottles, Columbia City; and son, Matthew Mosier, Columbia City; brother, Larry (Lavonne) Mosier, Columbia City; and four grandchildren.
