Officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated the following accidents:

• 6:38 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 20, South CR 700W, south of West CR 850S, Claypool. Driver: Shirley A. Russell, 74, West McClure Drive, Silver Lake. Russell was traveling south on South CR 700W when a deer entered the roadway. Damage up to $2,500.
• 3:15 p.m. Monday, Sept. 19, 12799 N. Kern Road, Syracuse. Drivers: Ryan M. Garrison, 30, East McKenna Road, Warsaw; and Melissa R. Kelly, 38, East Wawasee Lane, Syracuse. Kelly’s vehicle was in a parent pick-up line at Syracuse Elementary School when her vehicle was rear-ended by Garrison’s. Damage up to $5,000.

Syracuse

Officers with the Syracuse Police Department investigated the following accident:

• 4:03 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 21, North CR 300E, north of East CR 1300N, Syracuse. Driver: Jeremy D. Wilson, 38, EMS T6A Lane, Leesburg. Wilson was traveling north on North CR 300E when his vehicle left the roadway and entered a field. No injuries were reported in the accident. Damage up to $10,000.

Warsaw

Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following accident:

• 10:47 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 20, 3865 Lake City Highway, Warsaw. Driver: Brittni J. Fitzsimmons, 25, Union Station Drive, Fort Wayne. Fitzsimmons was attempting to pull into a parking space when she hit a parked, unoccupied vehicle. Damage up to $2,500.
