Officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated the following incidents:

• 7:16 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 22, 9500 block of West SR 25, Mentone. A candy bar and medicine were stolen from Dollar General. Value of $7.70.
• 6:22 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 21, 4400 block of North SR 15, Warsaw. Criminal mischief was reported.
• 2:47 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 21, 8000 block of West CR 1350N, Nappanee. Fraud occurred. Value of $100,048.16.

Warsaw

Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following incident:

• 5:47 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 22, 600 block of South Lake Street, Warsaw. A burglary occurred. Value of $380.

Fulton County

Officers with the Fulton County Sheriff’s Department investigated the following incidents:

• 7:20 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 22, 8000 block of Fort Wayne Road, Rochester. Report of a break-in and theft of $20.
• 8:08 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 21, 1000 block of South CR 400E, Rochester. Items out of a vehicle were stolen by a known subject.
• 2:41 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 21, 10000 block of West Olson Road, Rochester. Two subjects on mini-bikes were driving around with no lights between 9 p.m. and 10 p.m.
• 11:15 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 21, 5000 block of North Old US 31, Rochester. A report of missing medication was made.
• 7:29 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 21, 7000 block of North CR 800W, Culver. The back door of a residence was kicked in.
• 6:57 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 21, 5000 block of West Olson Road, Rochester. Officers investigated a potential unauthorized residential entry.
