Officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated the following incidents:

• 3:01 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 28, 700 block East Market Street, Warsaw. Guy B. Ambrose reported the theft of a vehicle.
• 7:46 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 27, 9300 block South SR 15, Silver Lake. Officers investigated a report of a fight.
• 7:26 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 27, 9800 block North SR 19, Nappanee. Officers investigated a report of domestic battery resulting in moderate bodily injury.
• 4:11 p.m. Monday, Sept. 26, 2000 block East Riverside Drive, Warsaw. Officers investigated a report of strangulation.
• 11:42 a.m. Monday, Sept. 26, 8600 block East Backwater Road, North Webster. Representatives for Utiliquest LLC reported the theft of radio detection equipment. Value: $2,500.

Silver Lake

Officers with the Silver Lake Police Department investigated the following incidents:

• 2:30 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 27, 300 block North Jefferson Street, Silver Lake. Officers investigated a report of invasion of privacy.
• 1:04 p.m. Friday, Sept. 23, 600 block North Jefferson Street, Silver Lake. Officers investigated a report of reckless driving.

Fulton County

Officers with the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office investigated the following incidents:

• 9:30 p.m. Monday, Sept. 26, 500 block East Water Street, Akron. Report of an individual yelling and throwing a bottle out of a passing vehicle.
• 8:31 p.m. Monday, Sept. 26, 1000 block North Old US 31, Rochester. Report of a man walking and laying in the roadway.
• 7:44 p.m. Monday, Sept. 26, 800 block Monarch Lane, Rochester. Report stating a group of juveniles were outside without supervision.
• 7:35 p.m. Monday, Sept. 26, 1000 block West Ninth Street, Rochester. A man driving a Red Durango with no license plate was threatening to use his firearm on another man.
• 4:40 p.m. Monday, Sept. 26, 2000 block North Old US 31, Rochester. Neighbor of a resident threatened physical harm to him and his dog.
• 9:31 a.m. Monday, Sept. 26, 700 block East Fourth Street, Rochester. Report of an individual trying to open a locked residence door and then sitting on the homeowner’s porch.
