Seth Ruggles

WARSAW – The South Whitley Police Department is investigating the disappearance of a 45-year-old white man from South Whitley.

Seth Ruggles stands 6 feet 2 inches tall, weighs 230 pounds, and has black hair with green eyes. He was last seen wearing a white hat, dark blue sweatshirt, and blue jeans, and driving a black 1991 Chevrolet pickup truck with Indiana license plate C909CQ.

Seth was last seen on Sunday, October 9, at 1:18 pm. He is believed to be in extreme danger and may require medical assistance.
