Linda Swoverland

Linda Swoverland, 78, Warsaw, died Tuesday, Oct. 24, 2022, in her residence in Warsaw.

Linda was born April 16, 1944, in Warsaw, the daughter of Austin and Mary (Fruit) Hull. She was united in marriage to Jon Swoverland on Dec. 1, 1963, in Warsaw.

She was a graduate of Warsaw High School and continued her education at Grace College.

Linda worked in telecommunications for Lake City Bank from 1976 to 2006, retiring with 30 years of service.

Linda will be lovingly remembered by her husband of 58 years, Jon Swoverland, Warsaw; daughter Katrina (Ron) Brandenburg, Warsaw; siblings, Diane (Jerry) Warren, Warsaw, Karen Jester, Columbus, Ohio and Toni Carter, Washington; daughter-in-law, Holly Swoverland; grandchildren, Courtney (Gauge) McPeak, Cara Brandenburg, Cameron Brandenburg, David (Nikki) Swoverland, Amanda (Doug) Heady, Brittney (Kyle) Wuchter, Shelby (Ryan) Marshall and Adam Roberts; and 10 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by both parents and one son, Terry Swoverland.

Visitation with family and friends will be from 2-8 p.m. Monday, Oct. 31, 2022, at McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapels, 2290 Provident Court, Warsaw.

Funeral services in celebration of Linda’s life will begin at noon Tuesday, Nov. 1, 2022, with a one-hour visitation prior to the service. Chaplain Layne Sumner will officiate the services. Interment will follow in Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw.
