Trick-Or-Treat On The Trails Is Saturday In Winona Lake

WINONA LAKE — Kids and adults alike are welcome to enjoy Trick-or-Treat on the Trails, on Saturday, Oct. 29, in Winona Lake.
Winona Lake Limitless Park is hosting the event in partnership with the Warsaw Community Public Library and Parkview YMCA.
Trick-or-treating will be from 3-5 p.m. The path for that will start at the greenway entrance located next to the street department at the bottom of Chestnut Hill. The route will follow the greenway to the bridge and then turn left, taking the extension that leads up to Kings Highway.
The route won’t cross Kings Highway.
After kids have gathered their treats, they may head back to WLLP. From 5-7 p.m., there will be storytelling by Warsaw Community Public Library, games by Parkview YMCA, a bonfire, s’mores and a special showing of the TV special “It’s the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown” at dusk.
People may park at: WLLP; the gravel lot off of Park Avenue just past the bridge/park; the overflow parking lot adjacent to the street department on Chestnut Hill; the trailhead parking lot off of Boys City Drive; or Winona Lake Town Hall.
