Kosciusko REMC is Hiring a Full-Time Manager of Marketing & Communications. The ideal candidate is skilled in graphic design, website management, social media management, smartphone photography, event planning, and public relations. We want a motivated, dependable team player who has a positive attitude and above-average skills in all forms of communication. The candidate must be a self-starter and able to work independently. You will manage one employee. The Manager of Marketing and Communications will support both Kosciusko REMC and Kosciusko Connect.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline is preferred. Candidates with an associate’s degree and a minimum of five years’ experience will be considered.
• Hands-on marketing, communications, public relations, and member service-related work is required. A minimum of two years of supervisory experience is preferred. A background in the electric utility or internet industry is a plus.
• This position requires excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Candidates with experience involving hands-on communications work and digital marketing will be an excellent fit.
• The ability to accurately assess the organization’s communications needs and effectively relay information positively, clearly, and concisely.
• Able to organize, prioritize, and complete work with accuracy, attention to detail, and a high level of business acumen.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite. Candidates with limited Adobe experience who are motivated to learn can be an excellent fit.
• Exhibit high learning agility, resilience, and emotional intelligence.
• You must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test, physical, and background check.
• You must live within 45 minutes of the Kosciusko REMC facility.
