WARSAW – The city of Warsaw has updated its trash pickup schedule for the upcoming holiday season.

For Thanksgiving, Nov. 24, trash normally picked up on Thursday will be picked up a day earlier on Wednesday, Nov. 23.

For Friday, Nov. 25, trash normally collected on that day will be picked up on Monday, Nov. 28.

Here is the plan for the Christmas holiday. Christmas falls on a Saturday and city offices will be closed on Monday and Tuesday (Dec. 26 and 27).

As a result, trash normally picked up on Monday, Dec. 26, will be collected Friday, Dec. 23. Trash that is normally picked up on Tuesday (Dec. 27) will be picked up the following day on Wednesday, Dec. 28.

On New Year’s, trash normally picked up on Monday, Jan. 2, will be picked up on Tuesday, Jan. 3.
