Officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated the following accidents:

• 12:26 a.m. Friday, Dec. 2, on CR 1350N, 300 feet west of CR 400W near Milford. Driver: Courtney Hochstetler, 27, Raggedy Ann Road, Cromwell. Driver swerved to miss a deer, and left the roadway. Damage up to $5,000.
• 9:35 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 1, on Old Road 30, 500 feet west of CR 525W near Warsaw. Driver: Francisco Cuahuizo, 57, Hepler Driver, Warsaw. Driver struck deer. Damage up to $10,000.
• 7:12 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 1, on SR 19 and CR 900W, near Nappanee. Drivers: Larry Andrews, 68, Jessica Court, Nappanee; Terry Flournoy, Concord Avenue, South Bend. Vehicles collided in the intersection. Damages up to $25,000.
• 3:27 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 26, in the 1800 block of Hepler Drive, Warsaw. Driver: Rhys Hill, 22, Walnut Street, Columbia City. Driver on Helper left the road, and struck a sign, a parked vehicle and a garage before the driver left the scene. The second vehicle also was pushed into another parked vehicle. The fleeing car was found in Columbia City. Parked vehicles registered to Jennifer Logan, Hepler Drive, and Mary Shelton, of Hepler Drive. Damages up to $50,000. 

Warsaw

Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following accidents:

• 5:03 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 1, on US 30 and the East Center Street intersection in Warsaw. Drivers: Sam Slaymaker, 64, CR 600S, Warsaw; Terry Brown, 62, Orchard Drive, Warsaw. Two vehicles headed east were involved in a rear-end accident. Damages up to $10,000.
• 2:51 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 1, in the Walmart parking lot on Walton Boulevard in Warsaw. Drivers: Joan Harden, 55, CR 400E, Warsaw; Pamela Hurley, 45, Porter Drive, Fort Wayne. Both drivers were backing out of parking spaces when they collided. Damages up to $10,000.
• 1:54 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 30, on CR 225S, ten feet from South Country Club Road near Warsaw. Drivers: Nicholas Joyner, 63, Country Club Drive, Warsaw; Brian Hallenbaugh, 54, Robin Way, Columbia City. Vehicles collided in the intersection. Damages up to $50,000.
• 1:37 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 1, on SR 15 and South Fisher Avenue in Warsaw. Drivers: Yareli Paredes, 31, Walnut Creek Boulevard, Warsaw; Noella Maure, 43, Blue Heron Way, South Bend. Vehicles collided when one was pulling onto the highway. Damages up to $5,000.
• 6:37 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 30, in the parking lot of Meijer’s in the 1200 block of Lake City Highway, Warsaw. Driver: Jeffery Barnhart, 69, Regina Court, Carmel. Driver pulling out hit a parked vehicle in the store parking lot. Damages up to $5,000.
• 3:49 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 30, on US 30 and CR 325E near Warsaw. Drivers: Sue Carr, 59, US 30, No. 87, Pierceton; Cynthia Gerard, 65, Woodstream Drive, Fort Wayne; Joseph Adams, 75, North Colfax Street, Warsaw. Vehicles collided as one was crossing US 30. Damages up to $25,000.

North Webster

Officers with the North Webster Police Department investigated the following accidents:

• 3:34 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 1, in the 7000 block of SR 13, North Webster. Drivers: Gregory Hamman, 68, Armstrong Road, Leesburg; Michael Marsillett, 25, Austin Drive, Warsaw. Vehicles collided when one was pulling onto SR 13. Damages up to $1,000.
