WARSAW — Warsaw Community High School’s Fine Arts Department is performing a “Winter Fantasia” gala at 4 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 18, at the WCHS Performing Arts Center.
Doors open at 3:30 p.m.
The performance will feature WCHS’s band, choir, dance, orchestra, and theatre departments, with all five groups showcasing collaborative performances. About 150 students will perform in the gala.
“There’s going to be a lot of different segments and pieces,” said Josh Hren, choir director. “The concert will begin and end with a combined piece (with all students). It’ll be a nice opportunity to see what the whole performing arts department looks like.”
“It puts everybody in the holiday spirit,” said Grace Hedington, PAC director and dance teacher. “It takes a lot of teamwork from the teachers and students for making sure this happens.”
Admission is $10 for general seating, with proceeds benefitting all of WCHS’s Fine Arts departments.
