ROCHESTER — The Rochester Lions Club is celebrating several late members as “Hometown Heroes” as part of a promotion initiated by the Rochester Downtown Partnership.

The promotion features the images of living or deceased local military veterans on banners hung in the downtown area, and gives families, friends and clubs a way to honor veterans they know or have known.

The Lions Club chose to honor late members and military veterans Robert Bridge, John Howkinson, Robert A. Cessna and David Miller.
