Three New Candidates File For Municipal Elections

WARSAW — Three new candidates have filed for Syracuse Town Council and Warsaw City Common Council.
David R. Rosenberry and Nathan Scherer have both filed for the Syracuse Town Council District 4 seat and Juergen L. Voss filed for Warsaw City Common Council District 1.
Candidates who have already filed include:
- Jeff Grose, Warsaw, mayor
- William G. Frush, Warsaw Common Council District 4
- Josh Finch, Warsaw Common Council District 2
- Cindy A. Dobbins, Warsaw Common Council At-Large
- Diane L. Quance, Warsaw Common Council District 5
- Mike Klondaris, Warsaw, Warsaw Common Council District 3
- Jack Wilhite, Warsaw, Warsaw Common Council At-Large
- Lynne Christiansen, Warsaw, Warsaw Clerk-Treasurer
- Austin Reynolds, Winona Lake, Winona Lake Town Council District 1
- Ashley McGinnis, Winona Lake, Winona Lake Town Council District 2
- Laurie Renier, Winona Lake, Winona Lake Clerk-Treasurer
- Heather James, Winona Lake, Winona Lake Council District 4
- Cindy Kaiser, Syracuse, Syracuse Town Council District 3

Filing for the primary election for Syracuse, Warsaw and Winona Lake ends at noon Friday, Feb. 3, for Republican and Democratic candidates only.
Filing for the general elections for Claypool, Etna Green, Leesburg, Mentone, North Webster, Pierceton, Sidney and Silver Lake ends at noon Aug. 1 for Republicans, Democrats and Libertarians.
