Officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated the following accidents:

• 8:46 a.m. Monday, Feb. 6, South CR 350E, near East Wyland Creek Drive, Warsaw. Driver: Timothy L. Sammons, 55, South CR 350E, Warsaw. Sammons’ vehicle hit a deer. Damage up to $5,000.
• 6:48 a.m. Monday, Feb. 6, South SR 15, south of West Union Street, Claypool. Driver: Michael D. Hill, 59, South CR 275E, Warsaw. Hill’s vehicle hit a deer. Damage up to $5,000.
• 7:27 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 5, West SR 14, west of South County Farm Road, Silver Lake. Driver: Jesse R. Linton, 21, Sue Avenue, Warsaw. Linton’s vehicle hit a deer. Damage up to $10,000.
• 6:48 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 5, 4000 block of West Old 30, Warsaw. Driver: Trevor P. Kelley, 28, Petro Drive, Warsaw. Kelley struck a deer with his vehicle. Damage up to $10,000.
• 6:44 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 5, East Old 30, west of North CR 450E, Warsaw. Driver: Kelly A. Ducheteau, 45, West Tower Street, Pierceton. Ducheteau struck a deer with her vehicle. Damage up to $5,000.
• 5:13 a.m. Sunday, Feb. 5, East CR 300S, east of South Country Club Road, Warsaw. Driver: Marie G. Goble, 35, South County Farm Road, Claypool. Goble struck a deer and a tree with her vehicle. Damage up to $25,000.
• 9:04 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 4, North CR 800W, south of West CR 640N, Etna Green. Driver: Karie K. Furman, 27, West CR 400N, Warsaw. Furman struck a deer with her vehicle. Damage up to $5,000.

• 5:37 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 4, South CR 600W, north of West SR 14, Silver Lake. Driver: Rachel J. Luce, 18, East Rochester Street, Akron. Luce’s vehicle left the roadway, hitting an embankment, underground telephone cable box and a fence. Damage up to $5,000.
• 3:23 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 4, South SR 13, north of East CR 650S, Pierceton. Driver: Noble R. Bolen, 55, South SR 13, North Manchester. Bolen struck a deer with his vehicle. Damage up to $5,000.
• 3:04 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 4, South SR 13, south of East CR 150S, Pierceton. Driver: Jeff A. Courtney, 52, South SR 13, Pierceton. Courtney struck a deer with his vehicle. Damage up to $10,000.
• 7:30 p.m. Friday, Feb. 3, East SR 14, east of South CR 600E, Pierceton. Driver: Brandon L. McRaney, 38, West SR 14, South Whitley. McRaney’s vehicle hit a deer. Damage up to $10,000.
• 3:27 p.m. Friday, Feb. 3, South Country Club Road, south of East CR 400S, Warsaw. Drivers: Kaitlyn M. Fouts, 16, EMS C29 Lane, Warsaw; and Vivian E. Wise, 16, South CR 400E, Claypool. Fouts did not yield to Wise’s vehicle while at the intersection, resulting in a collision. Damage up to $10,000.
• 12:20 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 2, 340 E. Levi Lee Road, Warsaw. Driver: unknown. A vehicle owned by Jason R. Siegel, Warsaw, was believed to be parked when it rolled in reverse and hit a vehicle owned by Priscila A. Ortiz, Warsaw. Damage up to $2,500.

North Webster

Officers with the North Webster Police Department investigated the following accident:

• 5:15 p.m. Friday, Feb. 3, West Crystal Flash Road, west of North Ward Lane, North Webster. Drivers: Holly M. Fountain, 30, East Lantern Road, Warsaw; and Megan S. Padilla, 29, East Bond Street, North Webster. Fountain’s vehicle was passing Padilla’s when she hit the side of Padilla’s vehicle. Damage up to $10,000.

Pierceton

Officers with the Pierceton Police Department investigated the following accident:

• 1:30 p.m. Friday, Feb. 3, CR 250E, Warsaw. Drivers: Colton J. Francis, 27, South Nellie Boulevard, Claypool; and Chelsae I. Culp, 34, West CR 700S, Claypool. Francis was backing his vehicle from a parking space when he hit Culp’s vehicle. Damage up to $1,000.

Warsaw

Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following accidents:

• 10:56 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 4, Kings Highway, east of Argonne Road, Winona Lake. Driver: Ivan R. Zamora, 17, Anchorage Road 68, Warsaw. Zamora’s vehicle left the roadway and hit a utility pole. Damage up to $25,000.
• 5:16 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 4, East US 30, near North Parker Street, Warsaw. Drivers: Hernan Alberto Bonilla Sosa, 21, Chambers Street, Trenton, N.J.; and Phillip A. Engle, 61, North CR 250E, Warsaw. Bonilla Sosa ran a red light and hit Engle’s vehicle while at the intersection. Damage up to $25,000.
• 8:27 p.m. Friday, Feb. 3, 3314 Lake City Highway, Warsaw. Driver: Marilyn M. Valentine, 23, Kinney Drive, Warsaw. Valentine backed into a parked, unoccupied vehicle. Damage up to $5,000.
• 7:47 p.m. Friday, Feb. 3, North Sunset Drive, south of Anchorage Road, Warsaw. Driver:   Hunter R. Julian, 25, North Walnut Street, Etna Green. Julian struck an unoccupied vehicle. Julian was cited for operating a vehicle without financial responsibility and was transported for complaints of wrist pain. Damage up to $25,000.
• 5:54 p.m. Friday, Feb. 3, 486 W. 350N, Warsaw. Driver: Landin D. Taylor, 31, North Parker Street D., Warsaw. Taylor’s vehicle left the roadway and a collision occurred. Taylor was injured in the accident. Damage up to $25,000.
• 8:46 a.m. Friday, Feb. 3, Shelden Street, near Cherry Street, Warsaw. Drivers: Lesley K. Quinn, 68, East Smith Street, Warsaw; and Joshua S. Carson, 26, East CR 400N, Leesburg. Quinn hit a skid loader on the side of the roadway. The skid loader was being operated by Carson. Quinn complained of chest pain but refused treatment at the scene. Damage up to $5,000.
• 12:01 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 2, West SR 25, near South Washington Street, Warsaw. Drivers: Roger L. Clemens, 73, Country Club Lane, Warsaw; and Ishmael I. Rosas, 49, East Barrington Place, Warsaw. Rosas said Clemens disregarded a stop sign at West SR 25 and hit his vehicle. Clemens could not recall the accident and was taken to a local hospital for a head injury. Rosas complained of pain to both of his hands. A witness also said Clemens disregarded a stop sign. Damage up to $25,000.
