Dr. Chelsea Wolf, a board certified family medicine physician at Goshen Physicians Family Medicine North Webster, 301 N Main Street, Suite 121, is accepting new patients.
Biography
Wolf provides comprehensive health care for patients across all ages, from newborns and adolescents to young adults and older generations.
Services Wolf offers range from preventive care to chronic disease management. She holds a special interest in women’s health and family planning as well as diabetes and insulin management.

Originally from a small community in northeast Iowa, Wolf is passionate about rural medicine. Her medical training has given her opportunities to care for residents in small communities across the southeast. At home in Indiana, Wolf appreciates family moments with her husband and their chocolate lab, Zeus.
Education
Wolf is board certified in family medicine. She has a Bachelor of Arts in biology from Wartburg College, Waverly, Iowa and a Doctor of Medicine from Lincoln Memorial University DeBusk College of Osteopathic Medicine, Harrogate, TN.
