Kindcare Staffing’s Kindness Initiative
Dear Editor,
I am writing to express my deep gratitude to the local schools and students who took part in our recent community kindness initiative at Kindcare Staffing.
This Valentine’s Day, our agency wanted to do something special for nursing home residents in our community. We reached out to schools in the Warsaw, Whitko, Wawasee and Tippecanoe systems for assistance. The response was overwhelming, with students creating over 2,000 handmade valentines for their elderly community members. Kindcare delivered these cards, along with flowers and chocolates, to local healthcare facilities. We could not have done it without the kind and generous support from our local schools. Our patients were deeply moved by the thought and care put into each and every one of those valentines.
At Kindcare, we are passionate about community initiatives that involve our healthcare staff, the facilities we serve and the patients we care for. Our Warsaw-based office serves the entire state of Indiana by providing staffing support for healthcare facilities and connecting healthcare professionals to jobs that give them a work-life balance. Kindcare isn’t just our name; it’s what we do. We believe that by working together, we can make a positive impact in people’s lives throughout the healthcare system. We are grateful to have such wonderful community partners who share our vision.
We extend our gratitude to everyone who helped us make this Valentine’s Day a little bit brighter for those who need it most. We hope these small gestures of love and appreciation will make a big difference in the hearts of the patients we serve, and inspire the community to partake in the ripple effect of kindness.
Sincerely,
Josephine Gibbons
