Promotions, New Hire At Lake City Bank

WARSAW — Lake City Bank announces the promotions of Dereck L. Stinson, Shelly R. Kammerer and Mia Outlaw, and welcomes Marlee J. Richter.
Stinson has been promoted to vice president, retail banking officer and business banker.
In this position, Stinson supports the Indianapolis Clearwater branch team in their efforts to provide quality service and build customer relationships. He also works with local business owners to help them build on their success. Stinson has been with the bank for three years.
He earned his bachelor’s degree in finance from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University. Stinson is on the finance committee and volunteers with Greater Indianapolis Habitat for Humanity. He also volunteers with local community youth organizations and is head coach of his son’s basketball team.
Kammerer has been promoted to vice president, retail banking officer and private banker.
In this position, Kammerer supports the Warsaw Downtown branch team in their efforts to provide quality service and build customer relationships. She also works with private banking clients in Warsaw and surrounding areas to provide banking solutions specific to their individual needs. Kammerer has been with the bank for 24 years.
She serves on the board and volunteers with the Kosciusko Leadership Academy.
Outlaw has been promoted to retail banking officer at the bank’s Fort Wayne Southwest branch.
In this position, Outlaw leads sales and service efforts in the branch, manages the daily operations of the office and supports office staff in their efforts to provide quality service and build customer relationships. Outlaw has served in the Army National Guard for seven years and as a Private First Class. She has been with the bank for three years.
Outlaw is a board member of the Purdue University Extension of Allen County. She volunteers with Lutheran Social Services of Indiana and Young Lives.
Richter has joined the bank as senior loan administration officer for commercial ag.
In this position, Richter works with bankers on underwriting, closings, inspections, funding and title documentation for commercial ag loans.
Richter earned her bachelor’s degree in finance from Purdue University. She is a member of “Care”oke For A Cause and an event and fundraising committee member for the Lagro Canal Foundation. Richter volunteers with Wabash County 4-H Fair.
