Kosciusko County

Officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated the following accidents:

• 5:15 p.m. Monday, March 6, 109 W. State St., Etna Green. Drivers: Ja-Vonn T. Gunn, 29, East Calvert Street, South Bend; and Nickolas J. Shaw, 23, North CR 1050W, Etna Green. Gunn’s vehicle backed into Shaw’s. Damage up to $2,500.
• 12:35 p.m. Friday, March 3, East US 30, west of South CR 325E, Warsaw. Drivers: Rachael A. Martin, 35, South Main Street, Wolf Lake; and Travis W. Porter, 29, Boggs Avenue, Fort Wayne. Martin’s vehicle slid through an intersection and hit Porter’s vehicle. Damage up to $25,000.

Milford

Officers with the Milford Police Department investigated the following accident:

• 4:59 p.m. Friday, March 3, South Main Street, near West Section Street, Milford. Driver: Gavin C. Hunziker, 19, North Village Drive, Leesburg. Hunziker’s vehicle left the roadway due to slick conditions and hit a tree. Damage up to $50,000.

Pierceton

Officers with the Pierceton Police Department investigated the following accident:

• 5:29 p.m. Friday, March 3, East US 30, east of CR 250S, Pierceton. Driver: Evan J. Stapleton, 22, Bishop Street, Cincinnati, Ohio. Stapleton’s vehicle slid and left the roadway, hitting the end of a guardrail. His vehicle then flipped and went down an embankment, hitting several trees. Stapleton experienced difficulty hearing and sustained a laceration on his arm after the accident. He was checked at the scene. Damage up to $25,000.

Fulton County

Officers with the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office investigated the following accidents:

• 11:09 a.m. Saturday, March 4, Sweetgum Road and West 18th Street, Rochester. Drivers: Michelle Hines, 44, Rochester; and Daniel Huff, 66, Rochester. No details available at this time.
• 5:59 p.m. Friday, March 3, US 31 and SR 25, Rochester. Driver: Turgunbaev Mirbek, 37, Chicago, Ill. Mirbek’s vehicle slid off the roadway.
• 5:15 p.m. Friday, March 3, South US 31 and East CR 400S, Rochester. Driver: Buikema Kurt, 42, no town listed. Kurt’s vehicle slid off the roadway into trees.
• 4:42 p.m. Friday, March 3, US 31 and SR 25, Rochester. Driver: Dan Jaenickle, 59, Kokomo. Jaenickle’s vehicle slid and hit an exit sign.
• 3:17 p.m. Friday, March 3, 7000 block North SR 25, Rochester. Driver: Brittnee Stiler, 25, Culver. Stiler’s vehicle slid off the roadway.
• 2:56 p.m. Friday, March 3, 2000 block North Old US 31, Rochester. Driver: Lisa Yoder, 21, Akron. Yoder’s vehicle slid off the roadway.
• 2:49 p.m. Friday, March 3, North US 31 and East CR 450N, Rochester. Driver: Nicholas Thompson, 22, Schereville; and Cassidy Papa, 23, Elkhart. Personal injury accident. No further details available at this time.
• 2:28 Friday, March 3, North US 31 and West Third Street, Rochester. Driver: James Marches, 42, South Bend. Marches’ vehicle slid off the roadway.
