WARSAW — Kosciusko County Redevelopment Commission held a public hearing regarding the establishment of Etna Green as a residential TIF district at its Thursday, March 9, meeting.

The commission has reached the final step in establishing the TIF district as it distributed the tax impact studies and there were no remonstrators present at the hearing.

Baker Tilly will be reconfirming the 1% test in the coming months, and the commission formally approved the confirmatory resolution.
