Elijah Matthew Liam Schultz, 10, died Monday, March 13, 2023, at home.

He was born Sept. 26, 2012.

He is survived by his parents, Krysten Moore and Matt Schultz, and siblings, Coco and Rocco Schultz, all of Plymouth; maternal grandparents, Douglas and Brenda Moore, Plymouth; and paternal grandparents, Dennis and Roberta Schultz, Plymouth.

Johnson-Danielson Funeral Home, Plymouth, is handling arrangements.
