GOSHEN — The theme for the annual Achievement Night for Elkhart County Extension Homemakers is “We cannot become what we want by remaining what we are.”

Achievement Night will begin at 6 p.m. Tuesday, April 18, in the Martin and Fidler rooms of the Elkhart County Community Center on the 4-H Fairgrounds, 17746 CR 34, Goshen.

The evening welcomes extension homemakers from 16 clubs throughout Elkhart County. Newly elected county officers for the 2023-2024 club year will be introduced. Certificates will be presented to new members, members who have achieved more than 50 years of membership, 50-year members, county chairpersons of committees, county officers, cultural arts participants and others.

In addition, Homemaker of the Year winners will be announced. A memorial service will also be conducted for members who have died since April 2022.
