Robert L. “Bob” Alexander, 93, Columbia City, died at 2:35 p.m. Tuesday, March 28, 2023, at Parkview Randallia, Fort Wayne.

He was born Dec. 12, 1929. He was preceded in death by his wife, Nancy C. Alexander, in 2019.

He is survived by his sons, Gary (Linda) Alexander, Warren, and Michael (Rochelle) Alexander, Hicksville, Ohio; stepchildren, Lana (Donald) Blankenship, Rolla, Mo., Joseph (Carol) Harris, Springfield, Mo., Vickie Nault, Melbourne, Fla., and Robin (Brian) Pfeiffer, Berne; 11 grandchildren; and many great-grandchildren.

Smith & Sons Funeral Home, Columbia City, is handling arrangements.
