Retired Pharmacist To Speak To Parkinson’s Support Group

WARSAW — The Parkinson’s Support Group of Warsaw will meet from 6:30-7:30 p.m. Friday, April 14, in the administrative offices of Kosciusko Community Hospital, now known as Lutheran Kosciusko Hospital.
Max Sherman, a medical writer and pharmacist retired from the medical device industry, will give a presentation on the history of Parkinson’s disease, how families can help and drug therapy, including dosing schedules and interactions.
The support group is open to all members of the community and meets from 6:30-7:30 p.m. the second Friday of each month (except for December) in the administrative building/classrooms of Lutheran Kosciusko Hospital. The parking lot is located on Provident Drive.
