Hart Arrested For Displaying Firearm At Local Business

WARSAW — A Warsaw man was recently arrested after allegedly displaying a firearm at a business he was terminated from.
Ramon Andra Hart II, 30, 124 Rattington Circle, Warsaw, is charged with intimidation with a deadly weapon, a level 5 felony.
On April 19, Warsaw Police officers responded to a report of Hart displaying a firearm at a business he was recently terminated from.
According to court documents, three employees witnessed Hart display a rifle before leaving the business. Hart also texted one of the employees and said, “When you all see I (should’ve) killed everyone (who) had some(thing) to do with this.”
Officers spoke with Hart, who said he had a pellet rifle in his hand during the incident for protection, but did not point it at anyone and threw the rifle in the trash.
At the time of this incident, Hart was on probation for methamphetamine possession.
For this case, Hart was booked in the Kosciusko County Jail on April 19, with a $10,250 surety and cash bond.
