Dr. Richard Lee “Doc” Carman, 88, Winona Lake, died Monday, June 5, 2023, at Grace Village Healthcare.

He was born Dec. 29, 1934. On May 14, 1976, he married Phyllis Dilley Laughner, who survives.

He also is survived by a son, Chris (Brandy) Carman; four grandchildren; a brother, Bill (Sabra) Carman; nephews; and a niece.
