SIDNEY — Town of Sidney seeks to fill open position for Head of Maintenance Department as of Monday, July 10.

Applications will remain open until next town council meeting Monday, August 14, where they will instate the new head of the department. This position is a contracted one and requires the employee to have their own liability insurance.

Brandon Allen, town board member, made a motion to further investigate town lines, specifically regarding to the different trees involved in certain complaints.

Other Business discussed:

• The Sewer Department head Tim Woodward stated Bradley’s pump had been replaced and a new blower had been ordered with it planning to be installed on Tuesday, July 11.
• The town clean up day went very well with two 30 yard dumpsters being filled to the brim with trash.
