Warsaw Man Arrested On Multiple Drug Charges

WARSAW — A Warsaw man was recently arrested on drug charges.
Timothy Ryan Thompson, 46, 1731 E. Kosciusko Drive, Warsaw, is charged with dealing methamphetamine, a level 2 felony; possession of methamphetamine, a level 4 felony; possession of paraphernalia, a class C misdemeanor; possession of methamphetamine with enhancing circumstances, a level 3 felony; and possession of paraphernalia with a sentence enhancement, a class A misdemeanor.
On Aug. 10, 2022, a Warsaw Police officer noticed a vehicle with false registration plates and pulled the vehicle over. The vehicle’s driver was identified as Thompson.
According to court documents, upon searching the vehicle, the officer found 15.9 grams of meth and drug paraphernalia. Thompson admitted the meth was his.
Thompson has prior convictions for dealing meth, and possessing marijuana and paraphernalia.
Thompson was booked in the Kosciusko County Jail on July 5, 2023, with a $50,250 surety and cash bond.
