WARSAW — A Warsaw man was recently arrested after a traffic stop resulted in the discovery of drugs and a stolen gun.
James Luther Harrell, 33, 5806 S. Maple Grove Lane, Warsaw, is charged with possession of methamphetamine, unlawful carrying of a handgun, and theft, all level 5 felonies.
On June 28, a Warsaw Police officer noticed a vehicle without working license plate lights and pulled the vehicle over. The vehicle’s driver, identified as Harrell, appeared nervous and did not give consent for his vehicle to be searched. A K9 unit made a positive alert on the vehicle.
