Officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated the following accidents:

• 6:29 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 2, South Packerton Road, north of East CR 900S, Warsaw. Driver: Leah D. Oaks, 33, West Wayne Street, South Whitley. Oaks’ vehicle hit a deer. Damage up to $5,000.
• 6:08 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 2, South Kinsey Road, north of West Hoppus Road, Warsaw. Driver: Patrick E. Mann, 36, North Olive Street, South Bend. Mann’s vehicle hit a deer. Damage up to $10,000.
• 1:02 p.m. Monday, July 31, South SR 19, north of West CR 1000S, Akron. Driver: Neal E. Young, 76, 14th Road, Bourbon. Young’s vehicle left the roadway and hit a utility pole. Damage up to $5,000.

Warsaw

Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following accidents:

• 5:30 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 2, 3605 Commerce Drive, Warsaw. Driver: unknown. A vehicle owned by Candace G. Lemke, Columbia City, was parked and unoccupied when it sustained damage from an unknown driver. Damage up to $5,000.
• 4:37 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 2, SR 15, near Plaza Drive, Warsaw. Drivers: Jonathan L. Adkins, 37, Wexford Place, Warsaw; and Rosa I. Lopez Chavoyo, 53, East CR 200N 2, Warsaw. Adkins was attempting to enter SR 15 when his vehicle hit Lopez Chavoyo’s. Lopez Chavoyo complained of chest and back pain and was evaluated by medics at the scene. Damage up to $50,000.
• 8:10 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 1, 700 W. 300N, Warsaw. Driver: unknown. A vehicle owned by Michael S. Snow, McCordsville, was parked when it sustained damage from an unknown driver. Damage up to $5,000.
• 12:35 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 1, East US 30, near South CR 250E, Warsaw. Drivers: Christopher S. Beeker, 48, Saddlemire Hill, Sloansville, N.Y.; and Bonnie J. Harman, 82, North CR 525W, Warsaw. Beeker’s vehicle rear-ended Harman’s. Damage up to $10,000.
• 12:23 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 1, 2211 E. Center St., Warsaw. Driver: Shirley A. Enck, 67, Woodlawn Drive, Warsaw. Enck was moving her vehicle from a parking space when she hit a parked vehicle. Damage up to $5,000.
