John Henry Thompson, 44, Wakarusa, died at 1:39 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 1, 2023, at Elkhart General Hospital.

He was born Nov. 16, 1978.

He is survived by five sons, Jeremiah (Haili) Thompson, Mishawaka, John Henry Thompson Jr., Wakarusa, Maverick Tennant, Mishawaka, and Caleb and Quinn Thompson, both of Bristol; two grandsons; parents, Mike and Robyn Thompson, Wakarusa; brothers, Chad (Jamie) Thompson, Bremen, and Chris (Jen) Lutz, Mishawaka; sister, Sarah (Keith) Jackson, Wakarusa; and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

Thompson-Lengacher & Yoder Funeral Home, Nappanee, is handling arrangements.
