Rondell “Nathan” Short Jr., 45, Ligonier, died unexpectedly Friday morning, Aug. 11, 2023, at home.

He was born Jan. 5, 1978.

He is survived by his mother, Kim Short, Ligonier; four children, Krauss Short, Wolcottville, Starr Short, Kendallville, Isis Short, Ligonier, and Hazel Miller, Goshen; a sister, Shawna Short, Ligonier; a brother, Matthew Short, Pueblo, Colo.; four grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Yeager Funeral Home, Ligonier, is handling arrangements.
