UPDATE: Warsaw Man Killed In Wreck Northwest Of Warsaw

WARSAW — A Warsaw man was killed in a wreck northwest of Warsaw on Tuesday morning, Sept. 5.
According to a press release from the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office, Clifford G. Grubb, 64, was pronounced dead at the scene by the Kosciusko County Coroner’s Office.
First responders were called out at 8:40 a.m. to the two-vehicle wreck at the intersection of CR 350W and CR 200N. According to the KCSO, preliminary investigation showed that Grubb, who was driving a 1998 Ford Crown Victoria eastbound on CR 200N, failed to yield to a 2005 Dodge Dakota driven by Javier Iraheta Jr., 26, Warsaw.
Iraheta’s vehicle was traveling southbound on CR 350W.
Iraheta complained of knee pain, but refused medical attention.
