Ruth Belle (Fear) Paterson, 84, Argos, passed away at 4 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 7, 2023, in Miller’s Merry Manor, Plymouth.

She was born on May 13, 1939. On Feb. 10, 1981, she married Thomas “Tom” Paterson. He survives.

Survivors include her husband, Tom Paterson, Argos; daughter Karen Smith and husband Tracy, Argos; son Lowell Hollar and wife Susan, Argos; eight grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; stepdaughter Terri Brandt and husband Rey, Plymouth; stepsons Thomas R. Paterson, Argos, Robert Paterson, Elkhart, and Tim Paterson and wife Shalon, Plymouth; and brother Harold Fear and wife Ester, California.
