Jeffrey Worthman, 71, a Fort Wayne native and member of Lakeside Chapel Church in Syracuse, died Friday, Sept. 8, 2023, at home.

He was born Aug. 27, 1952.

He is survived by the mother of his children, LaNette Worthman; a son, John Worthman; a daughter, Danielle (Dan) Miller-Kretschman; four grandchildren; and siblings, Alice (Fritz) Martin, Faith (Craig) Wise and Marty (Donna) Worthman.
