Mishawaka Broke Ground On Phase Two Of $67 Million Riverfront Apartments

MISHAWAKA — Mishawaka officials broke ground on phase two of the multi-million dollar riverfront development, The Mill at Ironworks Plaza, on Wednesday, Sept. 27.
Flaherty & Collins is in charge of the development and completed phase on of the project, a 232-unit building with ground floor dining options, in 2019. Ground floor dining options include Sun King Brewery, Social Cantina and Mishawaka Public House.
Phase two of the development is expected to cost $67 million. Phase two involves the construction of 227 studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartment units. Rents are expected to range between $1,100 to $2,000 per month.
