Pamela K. Ousley
Pamela K. Ousley, 65, Warsaw, passed away Monday, Oct. 23, 2023, at Lutheran Kosciusko Hospital in Warsaw.
She was born on Feb. 11, 1958, in Warsaw, to Cisco and Geraldean (Howard) Howard. She graduated from Warsaw High School with the Class of 1976.
While working in North Manchester, Pam met Roger Finch, and they would remain in each other’s lives as their families grew.
Pam worked many years at Kimble Glass Co. before its closing and then decided to go back to school. She would attend Ivy Tech College in Warsaw and became a certified medical assistant. She would then go on to work and build lasting friendships at Kosciusko Community Hospital in registration in the emergency department.
She was loving, caring and generous. Pam was always full of laughter and was a jokester. She took pride in her sons, grandchildren and best friend, Roger. She always gave her full attention and took interest in learning about each person as an individual. Pam raised her grandchildren with “what happens at Grandma’s stays at Grandma’s.”
Pam and Roger took yearly trips to Kentucky to golf, a sport they truly enjoyed. She liked fishing, loved animals and treasured memories made with her grandchildren and sons.
She is dearly missed by her sons, Shawn (Melissa) Ousley, of Warsaw, and Jeremy (Michelle Reedy) Ousley, of Leesburg; life partner, Roger Finch, of Warsaw; grandchildren, Jackson and Ema Ousley; her mother, Geraldine, of Silver Lake; siblings, Penny (Mike) Calhoun, of Sidney, and Mark Howard, of Silver Lake; and special friend, Regina Ervin.
She was preceded in death by her father, Cisco.
A party, as Pam would call it, will be held at a later date.
Memorial contributions can be made to the Kosciusko County Cancer Fund c/o K21 Health Foundation, 1101 Park Ave., Winona Lake, IN 46590.
