Kosciusko County

Officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated the following accident:

• 8:43 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 24, East CR 700N, south of North Harper Road, Leesburg. Driver: Jeremy J. Crouse, 36, East Prairie Street, Leesburg. Crouse’s vehicle left the roadway and hit a large tree. Crouse complained of head pain and had minor bleeding. He was treated at the scene. Damage up to $25,000.

Warsaw

Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following accident:

• 7:33 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 24, US 30 and Meijer Drive, Warsaw. Drivers: Dean Schmidt, 57, Ellinwood Street, Des Plaines, Ill.; and Jennifer Alley, 43, SR 25, Rochester. Schmidt’s vehicle rear ended Alley’s vehicle. Damage up to $10,000.
• 5:23 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 24, East CR 200N, near North Biomet Drive, Warsaw. Drivers: Ryan S. Helser, 47, Glad Street, Warsaw; and Jayme L. Hawkins, 32, East Springfield Drive, Warsaw. Hawkins was attempting to turn left onto East CR 200N when her vehicle was sideswiped by Helser’s. Damage up to $5,000.
• 1:30 p.m. Monday, Oct. 23, 1 Tiger Lane, Warsaw. Driver: Margaret Burkholder, 17, Lincoln Street, Warsaw. Burkholder’s vehicle struck an unoccupied, parked vehicle while parking. Damage up to $5,000.
• 12:39 p.m. Monday, Oct. 23, Jalynn Street and North SR 15, Warsaw. Drivers: Gabrielle Hogue, 30, Sand Dollar Drive, Warsaw; and Dixie Davenport, 74, Lincoln Highway, Bourbon. Hogue’s vehicle rear ended Davenport’s vehicle. Damage up to $5,000.
• 11 a.m. Sunday, Oct. 22, 504 E. Prairie St., Warsaw. Driver: Bradley Melby, 28, Red Mill Drive, Indianapolis. Melby had a migraine causing him to “black out”, crossing the intersection and drove straight into a fence. Damage up to $10,000.

Fulton County

Officers with the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office investigated the following accident:

• 8:06 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 24, South SR 25 and East CR 375S, Rochester. Driver: Cathi L. Morrison, 55, Rochester. Morrison’s vehicle hit a deer.
