Charlotte Rachel Herriott, 65, Columbia City, died Wednesday, Oct. 25, 2023, at Stillwater Hospice, Fort Wayne.

She was born March 4, 1958. On May 21, 1983, she married Reggie Herriott, who survives.

She also is survived by her daughters, Jennifer (Mike) Patrick and Amy (Jamie Harvey) Herriott; a grandson; brothers, Dean (Kathie Murphy Saunier) Fraker and Larry (Linda) Fraker; and several nieces and nephews.
