Fredric L. Armstrong, 95, Winchester, Ind., and of Lake Tippecanoe, died Wednesday, Oct. 25, 2023.

He was born March 10, 1928. His wife of 63 years, Louise G. Clements, preceded him in death.

He is survived by a daughter, Linda Pegg; son, F. Scott Armstrong; two grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

Walker Funeral Home, Winchester, is handling arrangements.
