ROCHESTER — Attendees enjoyed treats and more during the Rochester Downtown Partnership’s 2023 Boo Fest.
Kids dressed as TV and movie characters and animals among other things and collected candy from businesses and organizations along Main Street.
Boo Fest also featured a costume contest with prizes for winners in categories from infants to age 15 as well as those in group costumes.
Winners were the following: ages 0-3, Journey Coffing; ages 4-7, Blaine Pitts, with runner-up Paisley Zehner; ages 8-11, Katelyn Conliff, with runners-up Annie Ault and Kenzie Utter; ages 12-15, Aiden Davis, with runners-up Audrey Ault and Cerenity Meisner; and group, Jamie Wallace and Khristian Sebastian, with runners-up, the Deardorff and Hanson families.
Winning in the ages 0-3 category at Boo Fest’s costume contest was Journey Coffing.
Blaine Pitts won the ages 4-7 category of the costume contest.
Runner-up in the costume contest’s ages 4-7 category was Paisley Zehner.
Katelyn Conliff was first in the ages 8-11 category of the costume contest.
Annie Ault was one of the runners-up in the ages 8-11 category.
Kenzie Utter was a runner-up in the ages 8-11 category.
Winning in the ages 12-15 category was Aiden Davis.
Audrey Ault was a runner-up in the ages 12-15 category.
Cerenity Meisner was one of the runners-up in the ages 12-15 category.
