Officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated the following accident:

• 4:08 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 31, North SR 19, south of West CR 1050N, Nappanee. Driver: Maxon St. Julien, 54, South Madison Street, Nappanee. St. Julien’s vehicle hit a deer. Damage up to $10,000.

Warsaw

Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following accidents:

• Midnight, Wednesday, Nov. 1, US 30 and SR 15, Warsaw. Driver: Brent J. Busz, 31, East CR 350S, Pierceton. Busz lost control of his vehicle. It rolled several times. Damage up to $10,000.
• 3:34 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 31, SR 15 and East Main Street, Warsaw. Drivers: Ella G. Nichols, 16, South Zimmer Road, Warsaw; and Sara L. Kosins, 40, North Zimmer Road, Warsaw. Damage up to $5,000.
• 2:23 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 31, West Main Street and North Washington Street, Warsaw. Drivers: Charles R. Frush, 83, West Main Street, Warsaw; and Judy C. Mauk, 74, West Center Street, Warsaw. Frush didn’t see Mauk’s vehicle and hit it while turning. Damage up to $5,000.
