ROCHESTER — Fulton County historian and author Shirley Willard will present a program on her new book at 7 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 9, at the Fulton County Museum.

It will be preceded by a carry-in dinner at 6 p.m.

Willard’s book “Fulton County Indiana – The Luckiest County in the World” includes references to notable local citizens and organizations.
