In an interview on Dec. 28, 2022, the child’s mother said McLochlin responded with suicidal statements when asked about his interactions with the child.
In an interview on Dec. 29, 2022, McLochlin said he entered the child’s room and got into their bed. He said he did this because he was intoxicated and walked into the wrong room.
During his interview with law enforcement, McLochlin made several statements which changed to fit with evidence presented to him, suggesting dishonesty.
McLochlin was booked in the Fulton County Jail on Oct. 31, 2023.
