Julio Alvarado Martinez, 95, Goshen, died Monday, Nov. 6, 2023, at home surrounded by family.

He was born April 12, 1928. He married Maria Guadalupe Garcia in 1965; she preceded him in death on Nov. 16, 2019.

He is survived by a daughter, R. Leonor (Roman Hernandez) Hernandez, and a son, Julio (Alicia Rodriguez) Alvarado Garcia, both of Goshen; seven grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
