Henry A. Raber, 78, Paynesville, formerly of Nappanee, died Wednesday, Nov. 8, 2023, at his daughter’s home near Paynesville.

He was born Feb. 21, 1945. On Nov. 6, 1965, he married Martha Sommers, who preceded him in death in 2020.

He is survived by his children, Micah Raber, Virginia (Ken) Miller, Rosanna (Jethro) Beiler and Christian (Gina) Raber; eight grandchildren; and siblings, Lavern (Mary) Raber, Edna (Willie) Miller, Laura Sommers, Eli (Jan) Raber, John (Ann) Raber, Walter (Mary Louise) Raber and Ruth (David) Yoder.
