A Statewide Silver Alert has been declared.

Karen Lynne Jenkins.

The Fort Wayne Police Department is investigating the disappearance of Karen Lynne Jenkins, A 78 year old white female, 5 feet 3 inches tall, 100 pounds, silver hair with brown eyes, and driving a gray 2017 Buick Lacrosse with Indiana license plate: 999ADT.

Karen is missing from Fort Wayne, Indiana which is 126 miles northeast of Indianapolis and was last seen on at 12:48 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 14. She is believed to be in extreme danger and may require medical assistance.
