WARSAW — A Warsaw woman was recently arrested for allegedly battering a man.
Holly Denise Hall, 37, 2640 E. Sage Drive, Warsaw, is charged with domestic battery resulting in moderate bodily injury and domestic battery with a child under 16 present, both level 6 felonies; and domestic battery, a class A misdemeanor.
On Nov. 14, a Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office deputy responded to a domestic complaint in Warsaw.
According to court documents, a man said he had a verbal argument with Hall, which turned physical when Hall grabbed the back of his head and headbutted him. This caused the man’s nose to bleed.
The deputy noticed abrasions around the man’s neck area and that the man’s nose was swollen.
Two children in the home heard the verbal argument and determined Hall hit the man during the fight.
Hall said the man grabbed her wrist and she headbutted him so he would release her. The deputy did not notice any marks on Hall’s wrist but noticed injuries on Hall’s forehead.
Hall was booked in the Kosciusko County Jail on Nov. 14, with a $5,250 surety and cash bond.
