Violet M. “Cricket” Fisher, 87, Rochester, was surrounded by her loving family when she passed away at 5:32 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 22, 2023, at her home.

On Nov. 26, 1936, Violet M. Smith was born. On Dec.19, 1958, Violet and Roy Lee Fisher were married.

Survivors include her husband, Roy; a son, John Fisher and wife Lee Ann, Rochester; two grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and a brother, Allen R. Smith, Akron.
