NAPPANEE — MedStat Nappanee, 1001 N. Main St., will transition staff and all medical services to MedStat Warsaw located at 1500 Provident Drive, Warsaw. The Nappanee location has been open since Nov. 20, 2015.

MedStat Warsaw is open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., Saturday and Sunday and accepts walk-in patients. Urgent care, occupational health services, lab and X-ray services are also available at the MedStat Warsaw location.

Patients transitioning from the former Nappanee location can expect to see familiar, trusted faces in Warsaw, with much of the office team now working full time in Warsaw.

Nicole Price, FNP, will practice at the consolidated location and will see walk-in patients.

Scheduled patients of MedStat Nappanee are being directly notified of the consolidation of services to Warsaw and should call (574) 372-7637 with questions.
