LEESBURG — On Friday, Dec. 8, local band “Beez and the Rocker” will release a new, original Christmas single, a duet featuring singer/songwriter Joe Rhodes.

“Beez” (Mike Beezley) and Rhodes co-wrote the song, titled “Finally Christmastime Is Here,” recorded at Silverbirch Studios in Fort Wayne with their backing band, “The Leesburg Wrecking Crew.”

The song is inspired by the arrival of the Christmas season and the joy that comes with it, and features an array of instrumentation including acoustic guitar, ukulele, piano, bass, and drums.

The single will be available on all major digital download and streaming platforms including Apple, Spotify, and Amazon.
